FIFA will hold their Annual General Meeting at Celtic Manor Hotel, in the Usk Valley, Wales on March 5th 2011 to discuss all the most important issues currently in the game of football.

Like snoods. And tights.

Snoods are possibly going to be banned on the grounds of health and safety – though where the danger lies is anyone’s guess.

Those footballers who wear tights might be so in line with their metrosexual side they’re practically cross-dressing, but they might not be able to accessorise at their own discretion any more.

FIFA will consider a rule where tights and cycling shorts worn underneath a player’s kit must match the shorts worn as standard kit.

Or else.

Of course, Sepp Blatter et al will also debate other subjects such as the introduction of goal line technology, but we thought we’d bring you the key issues.
