New West Bromwich Albion manager Roy Hodgson has a job on his hands to keep Premier League football at the Hawthorn next season.
He has taken over the reins from Roberto Di Matteo and will have to use the resources at his disposal.

The much maligned goalkeeper has never recovered from his calamitous England debut against Croatia. He seems to be short of confidence and this is shown through his defenders. He is an average shot-stopper and prone to make costly errors. Championship player at best.
For a club that needs goals West Brom struggle and Fortune has to take a lot of the blame. Two goals in 11 games is not good enough and more is needed unless you bring something extra to the team. Fortune does not and, whether the club survives relegation or not, should be shown the door.
The 24-year-old has already been loaned out this season and Roy Hodgson should be looking to get rid of the Dutchman permanently. He is not tactically aware, constantly being caught out of position. Albion need better quality players than him.
The forgotten drug bandit of the midlands. Yes he is on-loan at Turkish side Ankaragucu but in his only season in the Premier League he failed to keep the Baggies up with six goals in 26 league appearances. With his cocaine history he is unlikely to improve either.
Much was expected from Barnes at Derby County but it has never quite happened for the lad. Injuries have hampered progress. Roy Hodgson had the chance to sign Barnes at Fulham but declined the opportunity. Signs do not look good for the 22-year-old.
