ROMAN Abramovich looks set to sanction a fresh Chelsea bid of up to £30million for Brazilian teenager Neymar in the summer.
The Blues’ £22m bid for Neymar, 19, was rejected by Santos six months ago, but Chelsea owner Abramovich is said to have had a change of heart after investing heavily last month, signing Fernando Torres and David Luiz.

This is one of those exceptionally vague transfer stories that appear on newspaper websites on an almost daily basis, with no reporter willing to put their name to the story.
Still, it has been written by someone and so we will evaluate it here.
If there is any truth in the story, one would presume Nicolas Anelka’s days are numbered at Chelsea.
The Frenchman has after all only scored two Premier League goals since August.
Neymar did however sign a new contract with Santos in the summer – rejecting the prospect of a move to Stamford Bridge in the process – but his increasingly tempestuous relationship with his current club may mean he has reconsidered his plans.
Chelsea are much less in danger of falling foul of UEFA’s Financial Fair Play laws than many believe, as the ten points listed on the wonderful Swiss Ramble football finance blog indicate.
Nevertheless, one suspects they are more likely to spend their money elsewhere – having already increased their firepower up front with the signing of Fernando Torres.
