Goodison Park star set to reject Stamford Bridge move and sign new contract.
Everton midfielder Marouane Fellaini is ready to hold talks with the club over signing a new contract.
Chelsea were rumoured to be interested in signing the 23-year-old whose current deal expires in 2013.
Fellaini has established himself for the Toffees since joining from Standard Liege in 2008 for £15million.
The Belgium international says he has held no talks about joining other clubs and is very happy on Merseyside.
“Everton are a club that really care about me,” said Fellaini in the Daily Star.
“My relationship with the manager is excellent and I’m delighted that he considers me a key player and wants to extend my contract.
“The discussions have not yet begun, but I don’t suppose they are far off. For my part, I’m ready and waiting.
“I’ve not been in contact with any other club about leaving Everton.
“Besides, they will have their say if a club show formal interest in me. I’m still under contract with them.”
