Eastlands striker heading for Serie A, with San Siro or Stadio Olimpico his likely destination.
Manchester City captain Carlos Tevez is set to be the centre of £40million battle between Serie A giants Inter Milan and Juventus.
Tuttosport says Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta and sports director Fabio Patrici have met agent Kia Joorabchian to discuss the move.
Last week Joorabchian met officials from Inter Milan who also expressed their interest in signing the 27-year-old.
But Tevez’s representative made clear it would take a big-money offer to capture his signature and prize him away from Eastlands.
City are asking for £40million to sell their talisman, while Tevez himself wants £6million-a-year contract and a sizeable signing-on bonus.
The striker has also told Juventus he will only sign for them if they qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Tevez has been in fine form this season, scoring 19 goals in 28 league games and has helped City to the verge of qualifying for the Champions League.
His performances this campaign was recently acknowledged by his fellow professionals as he was nominated for the PFA Player of the Year award.
Earlier in the season Tevez handed in a transfer request, citing personal issues, but retracted it after a meeting with manager Roberto Mancini.
