Old Trafford defender set for Goodison Park move.
Wes Brown is being lined up for a £3million move to Everton.
The 31-year-old Manchester United defender is also wanted by Sunderland, Bolton and Blackburn after being told by Sir Alex Ferguson that his time at Old Trafford is up following the emergence of Chris Smalling and arrival of £16.5m Phil Jones.
But Brown, who came through the ranks at United after joining his hometown club as a schoolboy in 1996, prefers a switch to Goodison Park to link-up once again with Phil Neville.
And Everton boss David Moyes hopes to be given the cash to land him.

Say what you like about Wes Brown, and most have, the Old Trafford veteran has figured in over 350 Man United matches and is therefore clearly not as much of a donkey as some would have you believe. He is also a very adaptable defender and apparently is a player that David Moyes hopes to nab this summer.
The 31 year old England international reportedly fell out with Sir Alex Ferguson some time ago and the arrival of Blackburn Rovers defender Phil Jones will shove the local born defender even lower down the pecking order. The Toffees boss has to as always look for bargains in order to add strength in depth to his Goodison Park squad and a move for Brown makes a great deal of sense.
Ferguson is looking to make room in his Man United squad for further additions and after sending Bebe on loan to Besiktas for next season is also reportedly looking to offload John O’Shea, Darron Gibson, Gabriel Obertan and Tomasz Kuszczak.
