New Stamford Bridge boss will raid Estadio do Dragao club.
The next Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas will spend £80million luring stars of his former club FC Porto, Falcao and Joao Moutinho, as well as Santos wonderkid Neymar.
The new boss will confirmed as Carlo Ancelotti’s successor in the next 24 hours after the Blues bankrolled the £13.2million break clause in his contract.
The 33-year-old is in London finalising his personal terms and will return to Stamford Bridge, where he was part of Jose Mourinho’s backroom staff.
Chelsea are closing in on the £40million-rated Neymar and hope to conclude the deal after he plays in the second leg of their Copa Libertadores final against Penarol tonight.
Israeli super-agent Pini Zahavi flew to Sao Paulo to complete the swoop for the South American after his club Santos turned down the initial £30m aproach, according to the Daily Mirror.
Falcao, the star of Porto’s team after scoring 73 goals in 85 appearance, seems set on following Villas-Boas to Chelsea.
Porto has set a minimum release clause price of £26.5m for his services while they are likely to want at least £14m for Moutinho, despite spending just £9m to land him from Sporting Lisbon last summer.
Villas-Boas wants these two players to spread his philosophy to the Blues’ sqaud in the same way Paulo Ferreira and Ricardo Carvalho did for Mourinho.
He is also keen on bringing at least two members of his coaching staff with him, physical trainer Jose Mario Rocha and opposition scout Daniel Sousa, but Porto have named his assistant Vitor Pereira as their new boss.
