Estadio do Dragao star will move to Stamford Bridge.
FC Porto striker Falcao says discussions have begun for him to follow manager Andre Villas-Boas to Chelsea.
The 25-year-old is being chased by a number of top European clubs, notably Real Madrid and Arsenal, after scoring 73 goals in 85 appearances.
The Colombia international looks set to join the Blues in a £26.7million deal after his former Porto boss moved to Stamford Bridge this week.
Falcao is not the only Estadio do Dragao star being linked with Chelsea. Midfielder Joao Moutinho is also the subject of a £14million approach.
But the striker is keen on the move to go ahead as he wants to prove himself on the bigger stage of the Premier League.
“I am leaving things up to my agent,” Falcao said in the Daily Star. “I am very calm about the situation but I know there has been some movement.
“My ambition is to keep working hard and I am convinced I can play in a superior league like England.
“If Chelsea is interested in me then all that needs to happen is for negotiations to take place.”
