Stamford Bridge and Bernabeu clubs lose out on star.
Santos forward Neymar will reject moves to Chelsea and Real Madrid to stay at the Brazilian club.
The highly-rated 19-year-old has been linked with moves to both European powerhouses but has revealed he will stay with Copa Libertadores champions.
Barcelona were also said to be keen on signing the Brazil international but his agent Wagner Ribeiro insisted no move will be done until August.
Neymar’s current deal with Santos is worth almost $2million (£1.2million) a season through to 2015.
If the skillful playmaker made a switch to either Spain or England he could expect to earn at least five times that amount.
But Brazil starlet Neymar has said he intends staying with current club Santos, dampening expectations of a high-profile transfer to La Liga or the Premier League.
“I’m staying at Santos,” Neymar said on arrival from Argentina, where Brazil were eliminated on Sunday from the Copa America in the quarter-finals by Paraguay.
