Reebok Stadium on verge of completing four-deals.
Bolton Wanderers are lining up a sensational quadruple spending spree to strengthen their ranks following the departures of Johan Elmander and Matthew Taylor.
The Trotters boss Owen Coyle is hoping to wrap up all four deals this week so he can integrate them into his team for the start of the season.
The Scot has returned to former club Burnley to sign winger Chris Eagles and defender Tyrone Mears in joint £2.75million deal.
Coyle is also confident of securing the signature of free-agent Nigel Reo-Coker, who was release by Aston Villa this summer.
The 27-year-old will take the contract on offer at Reebok Stadium rather than wait for potentially bigger deals that may not materialise.
Coyle has talked him into the switch and Reo-Coker is poised to join on a three-year deal after a medical today, according to the Daily Mirror.
A £4million bid was also submitted to Liverpool for striker David Ngog but the Reds are looking for £2million more for the Frenchman.
If a compromise cannot be reached Coyle will make a move for Birmingham City striker Cameron Jerome.
