Negotiator Krish Naidoo is advising clubs and agents to contact him to receive a copy of the sales brochure, according to the Daily Mirror.
The document goes into great detail, revealing appearance bonuses, signing-on fees, increases they are due and percentages to former clubs.
The move is designed to help speed-up the exits of a number of stars the owners inherited after buying the club in October last year.
Keith Andrews is on £21,000-a-week and an extra £2,000 for every game. His wages increases every time he plays five Premier League games – and an annual bonus payment of £26,667.
MK Dons, who sold the Republic of Ireland international, are also entitled to 10 per cent of any profit over his purchase price of £1million.
Vince Grella earns £30,000-a-week with a further £6,000 a game. Blackburn are asking for a £500,000 loan fee if he goes – and all of his salary paid.
El Hadji Diouf is also on £30,000 a week and a further £5,000 per game.
West Ham want him on loan but the demand is for his pay to be made in full to Rovers.
Nikola Kalinic is on the list, despite the fact he is about to join Dnipro and is on the flat rate of £30,000 a week.
