Stamford Bridge looks to bring in wide-man.
Juventus star Milos Krasic is ready to leave, with Chelsea favourites to land the Serb.
High-profile agent Vlado Borozan believes Krasic is certain to leave Turin in January.
And he told TMW: “Given the reports that are created with Juventus I would say yes (he will leave).
“At this moment Chelsea wants him strongly, let’s see if there are other requests.”
By all accounts Andre Villas-Boas is a big fan of the former CSKA Moscow man and according to some sources is ready to complete a £17m move to sign the Serbian. The Juventus man has not had the best of times in Turin and new boss Antonio Conte doesn’t appear to bothered about losing the 27 year old.
Krasic moved to Juventus less than 18 months ago and though he played regularly in his first season the Old Lady of Italian football had a nightmare campaign and this term the goal-scoring wide man has been a bit part player who has become unsettled in Italy.
Villas-Boas is looking to add more natural width to his Stamford Bridge squad and having lost Nicolas Anelka, who had been playing out wide as well as up front, and with Florent Malouda and Salomon Kalou also said to be set to leave the Blues, the Chelsea boss clearly feels that an addition is needed.
