NFL Wembley Tickets On Sale As Super Bowl XLVI Hype Continues To Grow

NFL Wembley tickets selling fast ahead of 2012 Superbowl.

The 2011-12 NFL season is approaching its climax – Super Bowl XLVI.

New York Giants and New England Patriots will face off at Lucas Oil Stadium in one of the most hotly anticipated sporting events of the year.

The game will be watched by a preposterous amount of people – the 2011 Super Bowl was watched by an incredible 111 million people in the United States alone, and advertisement sales during the game sell at a crazy $3.5m per 30 seconds of airtime.

The event itself though is all about the football.

Both teams have come through 19 games to reach this stage, but unless they win the 20th, that will seem irrelevant.

There is a chance to make history here, and both New England Patriots and New York Giants will both hope to write their names in the record books.

Still, for those UK fans unable to get to the game, there is some top level American football on the way somewhat closer to home.

St Louis Rams take on New England Patriots – who of course are one of the two teams taking part in this season’s Super Bowl – at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 28th October 2012.

The Rams will be something of a home team for Londoners though, as they are playing a regular season game at Wembley for the next three years.

NFL Wembley tickets are on sale now.
