Misfiring Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has secured a spot in Vicente del Bosque’s Spain squad for Euro 2012. The Blues forward makes the cut but Man United youngster David de Gea failed to make the 23 man list which also includes Premier League representatives Pepe Reina, Juan Mata and David Silva.

Perhaps the most surprising omission was that of Barcelona’s Pedro, who netted twice in the Copa Del Rey final on Friday.
