Sacked Villas-Boas makes Spurs shortlist to replace Redknapp
Andre Villas-Boas and Ralf Rangnick are two of the names on the shortlist to replace Harry Redknapp.
The sacked Chelsea boss and former Schalke chief are among those under consideration as the north London club begins the search for a successor to the sacked 65-year-old.
Chairman Daniel Levy will discuss his options at a hastily-convened meeting with Spurs’ top brass with several current Premier League managers also under consideration.

Having axed Harry Redknapp Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy now has the arduous task of looking for a viable replacement and now it appears that former Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas is on the shortlist to fill the vacant White Hart Lane post.
The young Portuguese boss lasted barely six months before he was shown the door by the West London club but it seems that the poor spell in charge of the West London club doesn’t erase his good reputation, not entirely at least. The former FC Porto boss made a name for himself by winning the treble at the Estadio do Dragao and was also linked with the Liverpool post before Brendan Rodgers filled that role.
Other names said to be in the frame inclue David Moyes and Roberto Martinez.
Levy will be keen on replacing Redknapp swiftly to avoid prolonging a period of uncertainty at the club that could leave some of his star players vulnerable to approaches from prospective suitors.
