EVERTON boss David Moyes is poised to sign a new lucrative three-year contract to stay at Goodison Park and ignore any overtures from managerless Tottenham.
The 49-year-old Scot has been one of the bookies’ favourites to take over from Harry Redknapp, who was sacked last week.

It would appear that David Moyes is ready to ignore interest shown in him by Tottenham and instead stick with Everton, a decision that may surprise some given the tough crippling financial constraints the Toffees boss has had to work within for over a decade.
Moyes was, and still is, one of the bookies favourites to take over from Harry Redknapp with the likes of Roberto Martinez and Andre Villas-Boas also heavily tipped to land the hotseat at the North London club.
Everton chairman Bill Kenwright is apparently desperately looking to garner transfer funds to help the Goodison Park side to progress and move onwards towards the top six of the Premier League and beyond.
