Premier League giants eye Italian.
Manchester United, Liverpool and Manchester City are all keeping tabs on Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi after the Italian hinted he would consider a move to the Premier League.
The 28-year-old has spent his entire professional career with the Rome club, making over 300 appearances since 2001.
But the Italian international, who has 77 caps for his country, has admited he is tempted by a move to England, putting United, Liverpool and City on red alert.
“I have recieved many offers from English football,” De Rossi said, reports ESPN. “And I must say that I feel attraction for it.
“I like English football very much. I think now it’s probably more interesting than Italian football. There are lots of outstanding and talented players, as is the case for Spain as well,” he added.
The combative midfielder, who will line-up for Italy against England in Sunday night’s Euro 2012 quarter-final, also said that Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard is his ‘idol’.
