Emirates Stadium raves about Borussia Dortmund star.
ARSENE WENGER has revealed he is ‘on the case’ with Germany star Marco Reus.
Borussia Dortmund striker Reus grabbed the fourth goal for the Germans as they smashed Greece 4-2 in the quarter-finals last Friday.
Arsenal boss Wenger raved about Reus, 23, as he commentated on the match for French TV station TF1.
And asked by fellow analyst Bixente Lizarazu if he was “On the case”, Wenger replied: “Yes.”
But the Frenchman looks to have a challenge in landing the hitman for the Gunners.
Dortmund paid £14m for him in January, but then loaned him to Borussia Monchengladbach.
However, he has returned to Dortmund for the start of the new season.

Indeed a move to sign Marco Reus is doomed to fail given that the German international only recently signed for Borussia Dortmund and is indeed a player Jurgen Klopp signed in the likely event he was to lose Shinji Kagawa, which he did as the Japanese international completed a move to Man United.
Highly rated attacking midfielder Reus impressed during Germany’s Euro 2012 Quarter-Final win over Greece, scoring in the process, and this performance followed a successful Bundesliga campaign during which the 23 year old netted 21 goals and laid on ten assists to help to clinch a Champions League spot for the coming season.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger may well be keen to add more of a goal-scoring edge to his midfield but it’s highly unlikely the Gunners boss will even consider a bid for a player who is yet to kick a ball for the club he agreed to join in January.
