Emirates Stadium attacker could be Istanbul bound.
Arshavin on his way out of Arsenal at Galatasaray bid £4m for Russian flop
Arsenal have edged closer to offload big-money flop Andrey Arshavin after Galatasary made a £4million offer.
QPR boss Mark Hughes is also interested in signing the Russian playmaker but the Turkish club have made their move to take him ahead of the new season.

The chances of Andrei Arshavin sticking around at Arsenal to warm the bench may well have been dealt a further blow following the arrival of Santi Cazorla, meaning the Russian international is even less likely to figure prominently next term at the North London club.
A move to Turkey may tempt the 31 year old winger who’s career re-ignited a tad during a successful loan spell back at Zenit St Peterburg and a fairly decent individual showing at the Euro 2012 finals. The Gunners attacker may well be able to command a hefty pay packet at Galatasary as well as cement regular first team football.
It’s fair to say that the £15m Arsenal signing has never really delivered in the three and a half years he has been at the club. His effective spells have been few and far between and Arshavin has failed to get anywhere near the form displayed at Euro 2008.
Clearly his four goal haul at Anfield will live long in the memory though.
