Forward happy at Borussia Dortmund.
Striker Robert Lewandowski has snubbed interest from Manchester United and says he is happy at Borussia Dortmund.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, as well as attracting interest from Premier League giants Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester City.
Lewandowki is one of the hottest young forwards on the Continent, after netting 22 times last season and claiming the Bundesliga Golden Boot as Dortmund retained the title.
German superclub Bayern Munich are also thought to be tracking the Polish international, who scored the opening goal of Euro 2012 in June.
Lewandowki, however, has insisted he is happy at Dortmund and going nowhere this summer.
“I have two years on my deal at Borussia Dortmund and I am still a player at this club,” he is quoted as saying by Setanta.
“We have a competitive match this coming weekend and that’s all that matters to me. I am totally focused on the new season and not what could happen in the future.”
Manchester United are closing in on the signing of young Chilean striker Angelo Henriquez and are still hopeful of landing Arsenal goal-machine Robin van Persie.
