Swansea City Agree Fee to Sign Celtic Midfielder Ki Sung-Yueng

Liberty Stadium side to snap up Parkhead youngster.

Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup has been very astute during the summer transfer window, bringing a collection of quality players for a total price less than that which they received from Liverpool for Joe Allen.

The Liberty Stadium boss saw Chico, Jonathan de Guzman and Michu all put in solid quality displays in the first match of the season and now the Dane has reportedly agreed a deal in the region of £6m for 23 year old South Korean international Ki Sung-Yueng.

The intelligent midfielder has had two quality seasons at Parkhead, helping his side to an SPL title last term and making a total of 85 appearances in the process, scoring 11 goals.

Laudrup may have felt his midfield need an extra creative option and all that stands between a deal to sign the Celtic man are personal terms and a medical.
