Stamford Bridge side land Latics wide-man.
Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Victor Moses from Wigan Athletic.
The 21-year-old winger’s last appearance in Wigan colours came in Chelsea’s 2-0 win at the DW Stadium last weekend, when he caught the eye with his strong running out wide.
The Nigerian international is a product of the Crystal Palace youth academy and made his first team debut in late 2007.
After establishing himself with the Championship side, Moses transferred to Wigan at the end of January 2010 and quickly settled into life in the Barclays Premier League.
In total he played 74 league games for the Latics, following 58 for Crystal Palace.

So that saga is finally done and dusted. According to the Daily Mail Chelsea spent £9m to land the Wigan Athletic youngster having spent the best part of two months chasing the winger.
The former Crystal Palace man showed great potential towards the end of last season when his performances helped to secure a run of wins that kept the Latics well clear of the drop.
Victor Moses has racked up 78 appearances for Wigan Athletic since his £2.5m move from Selhurst Park two and a half years ago. The Nigerian international put in a solid display as his side that lost 2-0 to the Blues on the opening day of the season.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has already forked out over £60m to bring in Marko Marin, Eden Hazard, Oscar and Thorgan Hazard this summer.
