Loftus Road look to clinch yet another summer signing.
QPR are in talks to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Julio Cesar, Press Association Sport understands.
The Brazil international was a key part of the Italian side’s Champions League win two years ago but now looks set to leave the San Siro.
Samir Handanovic arrived from Udinese this summer and Cesar has been allowed to speak to other clubs about a move.
Tottenham have been heavily linked with the 32-year-old but it is understood that QPR are in talks with the Inter goalkeeper.

OK. So QPR brought in Robert Green on a free transfer and the former West Ham man struggled as Swansea City thumped the West London side 5-0, at home. Is that enough reason to go out and buy another custodian? Apparently so.
Julio Cesar is of course a season professional with an impressive CV and would be an improvement on Green, but then what was the point in bringing in the England international? Presumably the new signing will not be all that happy to see another keeper arrive.
Or is the idea to have two keepers fighting over the number one spot so as to keep either party on their toes? Well if this was always the intention, then all fine and good. If this decision was made after the opening day drubbing, then this may well be seen as a knee-jerk reaction that could end up doing more harm than good.
