White Hart Lane man heading back to La Liga.
Real Mallorca have announced the signing of Giovani dos Santos on a four-year contract from Tottenham.
The Mexico international has been searching for a switch away from White Hart Lane for some time, having endured a hugely frustrating spell in England.
He arrived at Spurs in 2008 with a big reputation, having graduated through the academy ranks at Barcelona.
Dos Santos was, however, unable to hold down a regular first-team role and was forced to look elsewhere for games.

No one will be more relieved than Giovani dos Santos that his Tottenham nightmare is over. The Mexican international moved to the North London club four years ago and spent all that time trying to convince various managers of his worth and a move back to La Liga may well see the 23 year old resurrect a career that was threatening to stagnate at White Hart Lane.
Juande Ramos paid £4.7m to bring Giovani from Barcelona but his sacking left the adaptable attacker in something of a limbo as Harry Redknapp seemed loathed to give the youngster the chance to prove himself.
Loan moves to Ipswich Town, Galatasaray and Racing Santander failed to spark life into his Tottenham career and amazing Giovani dos Santos managed just two Premier League starts in four years at the club.
Giovani dos Santos helped Mexico to a gold medal triumph at the 2012 Olympic Games.
