A look at the the top ten goalkeepers in the Premier League.
10. Julio Cesar (QPR)
Admittedly the Brazilian is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League but it wasn’t long ago that QPR’s new signing was widely considered to be one the best goalkeepers in world football.
The 33-year-old is vastly experienced having played over 250 times for Inter Milan and 64 times for his country and, although he is not the biggest, he will bring an air of calm assurance to the Hoops’ that Rob Green can only dream of. Cesar has the nous and attributes to be a big success but it remains to be seen how he’ll adapt to the Premier League and finding a common language with QPR’s multi-national new defence may prove tricky.
