Francis Coquelin is determined to make a name for himself at Arsenal, but admitted he may look to move on in January if he is not featuring in the first-team.
The France Under-21 international was rewarded with a new long-term contract at Emirates Stadium at the start of the year and made 17 appearances for the Gunners last term.
He spent the previous campaign out on loan with Lorient and was linked with a summer back to his homeland with the Ligue 1 outfit, while Everton, QPR and Aston Villa were all credited with an interest in his services.

Francis Coquelin has always looked a more than capable performer when called upon by Arsene Wenger but more often than not the Gunners boss has only turned to the 21 year old as a means to an end, generally as injury cover in various positions. One can see why therefore the young midfielder would be considering his options.
The French Under 21 international has made just six Premier League starts and could well see this term as a make or break one in his pursuit of regular first team football at the Emirates Stadium and thus far this season he has been left on the bench for all three of the club’s Premier League fixtures.
Interest from Premier League trio Everton, QPR and Aston Villa may well be heightened come January if the situation hasn’t improved and Arsene Wenger will then have to think about accepting offers for the talented youngster if he does indeed push for an Arsenal exit.
Abou Diaby’s return to form may further scupper Coquelin’s first team hopes.
