Andre Villas-Boas has worked at Inter Milan, Chelsea, Porto and now Tottenham, managing in some of the biggest competitions and stadiums in the world along the way.

Perhaps it’s no surprise then that the Portuguese tactician and his assistant Steffen Freund look genuinely baffled to find themselves in the dugout at Carlisle’s Brunton Park.

While the German seems concerned about the lack of headroom and young ruffians threatening to jump on the roof, Villas-Boas appears more terrified than anything else.

Luckily, Spurs comfortably won the game 3-0 and have an away trip to Norwich’s luxuriant Carrow Road to look forward to in the next round.
