Old Trafford side line up move for Juventus star.
Man United have set their sights on landing Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal according to Italian source CalcioMercato.
This source believes Man United are ready to make a €35m (£27.8m) bid for the in-form Chilean international.
Sir Alex Ferguson has been linked with a fair few attack minded midfielders over the past few months and it’s clear that the Scot does indeed want to add more creativity, after all the Old Trafford boss made a big money bid for Brazilian youngster Lucas Moura, and now it appears that Juventus star Arturo Vidal is in his sights.
Vidal has made a big impact since his move to Turin from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2011, indeed Juventus have not lost a Serie A game since he arrived. The talented forward thinking Chilean international has continued where he left off last term and has put in some sterling displays thus far during the current campaign.
Ferguson may well feel the need to freshen up a midfield that still depends a great deal on the likes of Paul Scholes, Michael Carrick and even Ryan Giggs, who is playing in a far more central role at present, and may fancy his chances of luring Vidal to the Premier League.
The former Bayer Leverkusen man is also the subject of a great deal of interest from both Real Madrid and Man City.
