Italian source CalcioMercato believes Chelsea are tracking Danish youngster Andreas Laudrup. The talented midfielder has attracted a great deal of attention over the past couple of seasons and would no doubt be tempted by the chance to move to the Premier League.

The 21 year old Barcelona born midfielder was on show last night as his Nordsjaelland side were trounced by the Blues but the youngster has nonetheless come to the attention of the West London side who certainly appear to have an eye to the future given their recent summer signings.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich forked out over £80m on new additions during the last transfer window but notably all those brought in; Eden Hazard, Oscar, Marko Marin, Cezar Azpilicueta, Thorgan Hazard and Victor Moses are all aged 23 or under.

Andreas Laudrup is of the son of Swansea City boss and former Barcelona and Real Madrid legend Michael Laudrup.
