The Bristolian boss has joined the Eagles on a four-and-a-half-year contract.

Holloway takes over from Dougie Freedman who left Selhurst Park to take over at Bolton, who had in turn sacked fellow Scot Owen Coyle.
The Tangerines will certainly miss their eccentric manager, who helped Blackpool into the top tier.
Crystal Palace will hope the 49 year old can make the most of the impressive start to the season the Eagles have made.
