Anfield side keen on Serbian international.

Liverpool are reportedly showing a keen interest in Heerenveen midfielder Filip Duricic according to TransferMarketWeb.

The Anfield side are said be monitoring the Serbian international and are lining up a €5m (£4m) bid for the 20 year old playmaker as Brendan Rodgers look to add more creativity to his Liverpool squad.

Given that Liverpool have struggled for goals one would imagine that Rodgers is keen on adding talents to his squad who can ably link midfield and attack and Duricic has more than proven himself in the Eredivisie, scoring 13 goals last term and helping his side to a top six finish.

Liverpool purchased Oussama Assaidi from Heerenveen over the summer so may well feel they can lure another of Marco Van Basten’s impressive talents to Merseyside.
