The West London club have been closing in on the signing of the teenage wide-man for some time and SambaFoot report that a deal has been sealed that will see the Fluminense youngster move to Stamford Bridge.
The Rio born 18 year old is on the fringes of a the Brazilian Under 20 side and was part of the Under 17 World Cup squad that impressed many during last year’s finals in Mexico.
Wallace is already into his second season in the Fluminense side and is considered to be one of the hottest prospects in Brazilian football.
