Upton Park defensive midfielder is a wanted man.
West Ham midfielder Mohamed Diame is attracting interest from rival clubs just four months after signing on a free transfer from Wigan.
The 25-year-old is understood to have a clause in his contract that allows him to talk to other clubs if £7million is offered.
The Senegal star was outstanding against Newcastle on Sunday and Everton and Fulham are among his admirers.

One would’ve thought that West Ham would have learned their lesson from their experience with Demba Ba in relation to release clauses, the Senegal international leaving on a free deal due to the Upton Park side getting relegated. Now Sam Allardyce must contend with multiple sides vying for defensive midfielder Mohamed Diame.
The 25 year old has started all 11 of West Ham’s Premier League fixtures and has been in excellent form, helping the East London side into the top six.
Interest from Newcastle United would perhaps lead some to believe that Cheick Tiote could leave St James’ Park. Everton could perhaps be in need of added steel to their midfield though Diame may not be as interested in a move across London to Fulham, though Martin Jol too could do with a strong presence in the centre of his Craven Cottage midfield.
Diame left Wigan for West Ham when his Latics deal came to an end after spending three seasons at the DW Stadium.
