In-form take on tough tacking Potters.

Robbie Williams tickets

Such has been the incredible form displayed by Steve Clarke’s West Brom side that even a defeat away at Swansea City in midweek didn’t affect their high-flying position in the Premier League top four. Stoke City will have their work cut on their trip to the Hawthorns as the Baggies have picked up six wins from seven at home and will be hot favourites to overcome Tony Pulis’s side.

Stoke City are yet to win on the road this season but will be buoyed by their comeback win over Newcastle United on Wednesday night, a result that saw the Britannia Stadium side move into the top half of the table.

West Brom’s 2-1 win at Stoke last season was their first victory over the Potters in 11 league meetings.

Stoke have won all three Premier League visits to The Hawthorns without conceding a goal. Their last defeat at the ground was a 1-0 second tier loss in September 2003.

West Brom

Defeat at Swansea on Wednesday ended a four-game winning run for the Baggies.

Despite that defeat, 26 points from 14 games still represents their best start to a Premier League campaign.

West Brom have conceded just five goals at The Hawthorns this season – only Stoke have a better defensive home record, with two goals conceded.

Only Manchester City (10) have conceded fewer goals than Stoke (12) in the top flight this season.

The Potters are unbeaten in four Premier League games (W3, D1).

Stoke have had 66 attempts on target this season, fewer than any other side in the Premier League.
