Redknapp wants to be reunited with Anfield flop at Loftus Road.
Harry Redknapp will meet Queens Park Rangers owner Tony Fernandes this week to discuss the club’s transfer window plans.
Redknapp will have £10million to spend in January but is expected to rely largely on loan deals.
Liverpool’s Joe Cole and former Chelsea striker Nicolas Anelka are targets.

Classic wheeler dealing!
One thing you need for a relegation battle is experience and know-how and there’s no doubting that 31-year-old Cole and 33-year-old Anelka know the Premie League inside out.
But experience is one thing and ability another altogether. At Liverpool, Cole has looked a shadow of the Premier League winner and England international he once was, while Anelka was on the decline before spending a year in the Chinese Super League with Shanghai Shenhua.
Even so, the mere fact that Redknapp is planning to spend indicates that the QPR boss is confident he can work miracles at Loftus Road and save the Hoops from relegation.
Redknapp has earned a reputation – one, incidentally, that he loathes – as something of a ‘wheeler dealer’ in the transfer market but it will take a lot of inspired deals to keep the Hoops up.
Tottenham duo Michael Dawson and Tom Huddlestone are also on Redknapp’s radar and the 65-year-old is unlikely to target anyone who lacks Premier League experience.
