Tottenham Keeper Happy With Life at White Hart Lane

Hugo Lloris enjoying life at the Lane

Check in to QPR vs Tottenham Hotspur

France captain Hugo Lloris is apparently enjoying life at White Hart Lane after a shaky start, according to ESPN. The shot-stopper publicly spoke of his dissatisfaction with manager Andre Villas Boas early in the season when he was made to sit on the bench in favour of American goalie Brad Friedel.

Lloris has since secured his place in the side, with his displays helping his Tottenham Hotspur side secure a trio of victories during the Christmas period that has seen them rise above Chelsea into 3rd, although that may change with Chelsea playing host to QPR tonight at Stamford Bridge.

With Brad Friedel having recently signed a contract extension until 2014 with the London club, it appears the goalkeeping duo have resolved any issues they had in the last few months. Lloris said ‘I have fun every day. I’m here to improve and push myself in a different context. It’s important in sporting terms, but also personally’.
