Swans marksman on his way to Stadium of Light switch?
Graham set to join Sunderland for £4m once Swansea agree deal for Stoke striker Jones
Sunderland are confident of seeing off a late challenge from QPR for Danny Graham and believe they would have signed him by now but for a snag over Kenwyne Jones’ proposed move to Swansea.
Sportsmail exclusively revealed last Friday that Sunderland manager Martin O’Neill had launched a bid to take the 27-year-old Swansea striker back to his native North East.

It appears that the Black Cats are leading the race to snap up Swans forward Danny Graham with the Gateshead born striker seemingly interested in a move back to his native North-East.
Swansea City striker Danny Graham has been a less integral part of the Liberty Stadium attack following the success of new signing Michu but the 27 year old has impressed in recent weeks and may well be a player Michael Laudrup will look to use more frequently to prevent the former Watford man considering an exit from the South Wales side.
The Liberty Stadium man may feel his chances of securing regular first team football may prove easier at the Stadium of Light.
Graham finished as Swansea City’s top scorer last term, netting 14 goals in all competitions but has started less than half of the club’s Premier League fixtures this season though he has scored in his last three appearances.
