Chelsea defender opens talks over move to the Bernabeu.
Chelsea full-back Ashley Cole has begun talks with Real Madrid over a move to La Liga in the summer.
England international Cole, who is stuck on 99 caps, is out of contract in the summer and has turned down a one-year extension to his current deal having wanted to a two-year deal.
The 32-year-old has been widely expected to join former Cheksea boss Carlo Ancelotti at Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but it could be another ex-Stamford Bridge coach who he links up with in the shape of Jose Mourinho.
