Spanish goalkeeper on his way to the Nou Camp?
Barcelona are ready to offer Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea a way out of Old Trafford and a plotting a summer move.
De Gea was signed by Manchester United in 2011 when they splashed out a British record £17million transfer fee for a goalkeeper, but he has failed to perform consistently in the Premier League after replacing Edwin van der Sar between the posts.
Sir Alex Ferguson is reported to unsure of De Gea as a long-term solution to the goalkeeping conundrum after just three clean sheets for the Spaniard this season as United have struggled defensively.

And Spanish newspaper El Mundo Deportivo claim that Barcelona are considering a move to sign 22-year-old De Gea in the summer with current Nou Camp number one Victor Valdes set to leave the club at the end of the season with Liverpool and Manchester City interested parties.
Barcelona’s fierce rivals Real Madrid could also consider a move for De Gea should Manchester United decide to cash in on the Spaniard. Real are thought to be on the lookout for a new younger goalkeeper following coach Jose Mourinho’s decision to drop club captain Iker Casillas.
