Stamford Bridge centre-back risks angering management by admitting interest in Nou Camp switch.
Chelsea defender David Luiz has risked upsetting the management team at Stamford Bridge after admitting he is keen on a summer move to Barcelona.
The 25-year-old Brazilian international centre-back is a crowd favourite at Stamford Bridge despite some inconsistent performances at the heart of defence, but has been linked with a move to La Liga at the end of the season.

Barcelona are keen to sign a long-term replacement for the ageing Carlos Puyol and have decided that look-a-like Luiz is the perfect man to bring to the Nou Camp.
And, despite being under contract until 2017, Luiz has admitted would seriously consider moving to La Liga champions-elect Barcelona is the Spanish giants do make a move for him at the end of the season.
“I’m happy that a club such as Barcelona is interested in me,” Luiz told The Sun. “They’re a team of winners and their interest is a source of pride for me. I’m a Chelsea player for now. I work hard every day to make people appreciate what I do. I try to do my job in the best way possible, wherever I am.”
Chelsea paid £22million to capture Luiz from Benfica two years ago and would want around £30million should they decide to cash in on the Brazilian. However, the fitness and long-term future of John Terry might mean they are keen to hang on to Luiz.
He has operated in a defensive midfield role at time this season under Rafael Benitez and his versatility is something that has attracted the interest from Barcelona.
