Reina has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona.
The agent of Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina has played down rumours that the Liverpool goalkeeper could be moving away from Anfield this season according to Sky Sports.
Barcelona and Napoli have reportedly been interested in a move for Reina and rumours of the goalkeepers exit have increased since the end of the season.
Speculation has mounted that Barcelona want to sign Reina if current number one Victor Valdes leaves the Nou Camp.
Valdes currently has one year left on his contract and many thought that he would be sold this summer but Valdes recently stated that he will be staying at Barca this season and will leave when his contract expires.
Reina is also a target for Napoli with new manager Rafa Benitez being a huge admirer of the Spaniard.
Benitez brought Reina to Liverpool during his time at the club.
Recently, Reina has sought to play down speculation that he could be moving and now his agent, Manuel Garcia Quilion has said that the goalkeeper will be staying at Anfield this summer.
“Reina has been clear in recent days his thoughts, his future is still at Liverpool,” said Garcia Quilon.
Liverpool were rumoured to have goalkeepers lined up should Reina decide to leave this summer.
The Reds were interest in Sunderland’s Simon Mignolet and Stoke City’s Asmir Begovic.
