Robben has been linked with a move away from Bayern this summer.
Arjen Robben will be staying at Bayern Munich this summer according to the clubs sporting director Matthias Sammer.
Goal.com reports that the wingers future had been rumoured to lie away from the Allianz Arena due to the players fall down the pecking order at Bayern last season.
However, the clubs sporting director Matthias Sammer has said that Robben is going nowhere as he feels Bayern owe him their Champions League victory.
“The truth is, he still has a two-year contract, next season he will continue playing for us,” said Sammer.
Robben scored an 87th minute winner for Bayern in the final of this seasons Champions League, defeating German rivals Borussia Dortmund and making up for the disappointment of losing to Chelsea in last years final.
The club secured a historic treble by winning the Champions League, the Bundesliga and the DFB-Pokal cup and can look forward to having former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola at the club next season.
In terms of playing staff, Bayern have already added Borussia Dortmund midfield Mario Gotze to their books and are trying to sign another Dortmund player, Robert Lewandowski.
Their attempts to sign Lewandowski are being thwarted by Dortmund’s insistence that the Polish striker not go to their bitter rivals.
