The striker spent the second-half of last season on loan at Al-Gharafa.
QPR and striker Dijbril Cisse have parted company following a difficult season for the Frenchman at Loftus Road, where he struggled to play first team football, Goal.com reports.
QPR were relegated from the Premier League despite spending heavily in both transfer windows last season.
The club bought the likes of Loic Remy and Christopher Samba for big money but that wasn’t enough to keep them in the Premier League and many of those big names look set to leave this summer.
Those names include Cisse, who scored 10 goals in 29 appearances for the club following his £4 million move from Lazio in January 2012.
Now that the striker has left QPR he will try and find himself another club, which shouldn’t be too hard considering his talent for scoring lots of goals.
It looks as though Cisse may return to France and Montpellier have been linked with a move for the striker.
A move to another Premier League side may interest Cisse as he has spent a lot of his career playing in the Premier League, having had spells at Liverpool and Sunderland.
QPR are desperate to try and bounce back from their relegation and the clubs fans will be hoping that Harry Redknapp can bring in some new faces in the summer.
