Bernabeu side target Stamford Bridge star.
Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is readying a January move for Chelsea midfielder Ramires according to Sports Direct News.
The former Chelsea manager signed Ramires during his time in charge of the Stamford Bridge side and is keen to bring the Brazilian to the Bernabeu when the transfer window re-opens.
Though Ancelotti has started the season relatively well Real Madrid sit in third spot after both Barcelona and Atletico Madrid began the season with eight straight wins.
Real Madrid spent big in the summer but president Florentino Perez is ready to offer funds to Italian Ancelotti who will look to lure 26 year old Ramires to join the Spanish giants, a move Jose Mourinho will fight tooth and nail to prevent.
Ramires has already racked up 160 appearances for Chelsea and is a key member of the Blues squad, the scorer of crucial goals and an adaptable performer who played a pivotal role in the West London club’s Champions League and Europa League triumphs.
Chelsea paid Benfica £18m to land Ramires back in August 2010 and one would imagine his value has increased significantly in the intervening period.
