Emirates Stadium side ready to make fresh move for Bernabeu forward.
Arsenal have been offered Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema for a cut-price £20m as Carlo Ancelotti sets his sights on Liverpool ace Luis Suarez according to the Independent.
Arsene Wenger failed with an approach for the 25 year old forward over the summer but could now be set to re-ignite interest in the French international.
Bernabeu boss Ancelotti has apparently lost patience with Benzema after managing just two goals in eight matches thus far this season and Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to sell the striker for a decent chunk less than the £30m invested in his services back in 2009.
Wenger is a long term admirer of Benzema and may feel that now is the right time to bring in the powerful forward to play alongside national team colleague Olivier Giroud, who has been in fine form this term.
Benzema has been the subject of abuse from a portion of the Real Madrid faithful and could perhaps be tempted by a new challenge after four years at the Spanish giants.
Karim Benzema has racked up 91 goals in 193 appearances for Real Madrid.
