The Montenegrin international has emerged as a surprise target for the Spanish giants considering that he is only on the periphery of the first team in Turin this season.

He has, though, been linked with a number of club’s in England for some time now, with Manchester United frequently at the forefront of any speculation, which stretches back to his days at Roma.

Newcastle United had also declared a tentative interest in his services, whilst Real have been linked with bigger targets like Luis Suarez.

But it now seems that the side from the Spanish capital have made the 30-year-old a target as he would represent a knock down short-term solution to their lack of forward options as they may not get the chance to go for Suarez until the summer.

So far Vucinic has mede just seven appearances this season, scoring once, and Juventus are thought to be keen to cash in on him in the new year.
