Done Deal: Bayern Munich Officially Confirm Robert Lewandowski Signing

Allianz Arena side confirm deal to bring in Borussia Dortmund ace.

Bayern Munich have officially confirmed the signing of Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski.

The 25 year old Polish international has signed a pre-contract agreement with the Bavarian club that will see him leave Borussia Dortmund to move to the Allianz Arena at the end of the season.

Lewandowski will follow the same route as youngster Mario Gotze who moved to Bayern Munich last summer and Borussia Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp will have as a result seen their main domestic rivals greatly improve their first team at the expense of the Westfalenstadion outfit.

Pep Guardiola will welcome in Lewandowski on a five year contract that may leave Croatian Mario Mandzukic considering his options much as his arrival led to Mario Gomez fleeing for Fiorentina.

Robert Lewandowski has been a huge hit since moving to Germany, scoring 91 goals in 163 appearances for Borussia Dortmund.
