The 20-year-old only joined up with the south coast giants last summer from Ligue 1 rivals Lille after being considered as one of the country’s greatest talents coming through the ranks at the moment.
A number of sides in his homeland are keen on taking him off of Marseille’s hands, whilst in England Arsenal and Newcastle United are both keen to bring him to the Premier League.
Thauvin is currently believed to be valued somewhere in the region of £8.5m, and with the side struggling to keep the pace both domestically and in Europe he may well be tempted to make the move elsewhere should a good offer come his way.
However, Fenerbahce are targeting a group of players in order to catch up with arch rivals Galatasaray, who have recently signed Wesley Sneijder and Didier Drogba, and Thauvin is said to be one of the names on their wish list.
