10: Valmir Berisha (Halmstads)

The Swedish attacking prodigy really came to prominence last year after shining for his country at the Fifa Under-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, so much so that now the 17-year-old is being tracked by a whole host of big-name clubs from across Europe.

9: Raheem Sterling (Liverpool)

The Reds flyer is currently enjoying a fine campaign at Anfield, the third which the England international has featured in for the Merseysiders now, and what’s more the 19-year-old may even be part of Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson’s 23-man squad at this summer’s Fifa World Cup in Brazil if he carries on in this type of form.

8: Serge Gnabry (Arsenal)

The young midfielder broke into the north London club’s first team in the previous campaign, and already the 18-year-old has featured in eight matches in all competitions for the Gunners so far this season, while a first call-up to the German national team has also been mentioned in some quarters too.

7: Alen Halilovic (Dinamo Zagreb)

Already a full Croatia international at the tender age of 17, with the attacking midfielder having also featured for his club side in the Uefa Champions League too, with many of the Premier League’s big boys known to be keen to lure the player to England.

6: Gerard Deulofeu (Barcelona)

The 19-year-old is currently spending this season on loan at Premier League outfit Everton, where the Spain U21 international is already creating quite an impression on the Merseysiders’ fans after netting three goals in total to date in his 14 appearances for the Toffees.

5: Viktor Fischer (Ajax)

The wide man is already playing his second campaign at the Amsterdam ArenA, during which time the 19-year-old Denmark international has managed to find the back of the net on 16 occasions in 55 matches in total in all competitions for the Eredivisie champions.

4: Luke Shaw (Southampton)

Currently one of the most sought-after young defenders in Britain, with the England U21 star being chased by Premier League champions Manchester United and Uefa Europa League holders Chelsea after catching the eye at St Mary’s since making his Saints debut in the 2011-12 campaign.

3: Kurt Zouma (St Etienne)

In-demand France U21 international that is expected to move to either Manchester United or Chelsea at the end of the season, although currently the 19-year-old central defender is the middle of serving a 10-game ban for breaking an opponent’s leg in Ligue 1 last year.

2: Adnan Januzaj (Manchester United)

The 18-year-old is at present the most impressive teenager in the Premier League after breaking into the Red Devils first team at the start of this campaign, and what’s more, the Belgium-born playmaker has not looked out of place in the top-flight champions’ starting lineup either.

1: Marquinhos (Paris Saint-Germain)

Without doubt currently the most talented teenager on Planet Football, with the 19-year-old centre back having been snapped up by the Ligue 1 champions from AS Roma last July for a whopping €31.4m, although that has still not prevented the likes of Barcelona from having already expressed an interest in signing the Brazil international.
