The Brazilian has barely featured under David Moyes and was none to impressive in the last couple of seasons of Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign as Old Trafford boss so it’s not surprising that Man United would be looking to finally offload the former FC Porto man.
Fiorentina have offered £6.5m for the 25 year old, an offer Man United may well accept given the lack of playing time Anderson has been offered, though clearly the sum is a big drop from the £20m+ the Premier League club paid for the player back in 2007.
This source claims that following the sale of Anderson Man United boss David Moyes will plot a renewed move to sign Everton youngster Ross Barkley.
Barkley has impressed greatly this season and the England man is being tracked by a number of Europe’s ‘Elite’ though Man United will wait to see the severity of the midfielder’s toe injury before making an offer for the 20 year old.
